Job summary

Headland JCH Business Consultant in Hong Kong seeks a Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 4 and Type 9 activities. The role is full time and involves replacing an existing RO.

You will supervise SFC regulated activities, interact with regulators, file relevant applications, and support private equity or pre-IPO investment decisions.

The ideal candidate has current RO status, at least 2 years of senior management experience, and a clean SFC record.

Qualifications

• Current RO with min 2+ years of senior management experience.
• Good knowledge in fund setup and fund management.
• Experience in private equity or pre-IPO investments.
• Prefer current holder of SFC RO license for Type 4/9.
• Clean SFC record with no reprimands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RO Type 4, 9 RO / ED.
• Mainly managing daily operations in compliance with SFC regulations.
• Supervise the firm's SFC regulated activities, liaise with SFC regulators and file / submit relevant SFC applications.
• Assist the Company investment decision in private equity or pre-IPO projects.
