Job summary

Sunfund (Hong Kong) Company Limited invites an experienced Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities, with a focus on Financial Advisory (FA) including M&A advisory, independent financial advice and corporate restructuring.

The role requires performing due diligence, investment evaluation and financial modeling for potential investors, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and supporting senior management in implementing business strategies.

Qualifications

• SFC Type 6 RO with 5+ years of corporate finance experience preferred.
• Sponsor principal qualification not required.
• Sound knowledge of SFO and related guidelines.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance or related discipline.

SFC registered Type 6 RO and 5 years solid relevant experience in Corporate Finance is preferred. Sponsor principal qualification is not required.

Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines.

Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.
