Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Law / Finance or related disciplines.
• 0-1 year of compliance/audit experience.
• Knowledge of HK securities brokerage and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Knowledge of SFC / HKEx rules and regulatory compliance.
• Mature, self-motivated with positive attitude and drive for excellence.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with Putonghua fluency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all compliance functions to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare internal and external compliance reports.
• Prepare license applications and answer regulator enquiries on compliance matters.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.
