Job summary

Kroll’s Compliance Consulting practice seeks an Analyst to support audit engagements and regulatory compliance projects across asset managers and financial institutions. You will help prepare programs, perform testing, document findings and assist in client deliverables while researching regulatory developments in Asia-Pacific.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, English communication, and teamwork within a dynamic financial services environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk, regulatory consulting, or financial services.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, banking or consulting is preferred.
• Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance concepts is advantageous.
• Exposure to internal audit, compliance monitoring, risk management or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams in audit engagements and regulatory compliance projects for asset managers and financial institutions.
• Assist in preparing audit programs, testing procedures and project workplans.
• Execute audit and compliance testing procedures to assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Document findings, prepare working papers and assist in drafting audit reports and client deliverables.
• Research regulatory developments, industry trends and compliance requirements across Asia-Pacific markets.
• Assist with regulatory filings, reporting obligations and compliance monitoring activities.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals and other business development materials.
• Help identify regulatory risks, control weaknesses and opportunities for process improvements.
