Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is partnering with a leading multinational to expand its project team for regional digital transformation initiatives. The Business Analyst will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into functional specs across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English and Chinese. IT exposure is advantageous, with opportunities to work on high-impact transformation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analyst experience in business or technology environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in project-driven environments.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Technology-related project exposure or IT background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement workshops between business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documents.
• Support system enhancement, integration and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct impact assessments and support solution design activities.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, defect management and deployment support.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
