Prudential’s Chief of Staff role partners with the Regional CEO to drive strategic alignment and governance across markets. You’ll oversee execution of growth pillars, monitor performance, and enable transformation with rigorous analysis and executive-level collaboration.

We seek a senior leader with 12+ years in strategy, finance, or transformation, and proven ability to work with C-suite peers across diverse regions. This is a high-impact, enterprise-focused position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, transformation, insurance, or banking.
• Proven track record of working effectively with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Regional CEO on strategic, commercial, and organizational priorities.
• Support development and execution of the business portfolio’s strategy and annual operating plan.
• Provide insights, rigorous analysis, and actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate critical strategic initiatives sponsored by the Regional CEO across pillars.
• Develop dashboards, performance reporting, and forecasting frameworks.
