Prudential plc seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the Regional CEO, driving strategic alignment, governance, and operational delivery across markets. You will coordinate across LBUs, Group Functions, and Centres of Excellence to translate enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will lead executive performance reviews, develop reporting dashboards, and shape leadership conversations with a focus on growth, transformation, and sustainability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, transformation, insurance, or banking.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted adviser to the Regional CEO on strategic, commercial, and organizational priorities.
• Support the development and execution of the portfolio’s strategy and annual operating plan.
• Provide insights, rigorous analysis, and actionable recommendations to executive decision‑making.
• Anticipate risks, opportunities, and market developments impacting performance across regions.
• Ensure priorities translate into actionable execution plans across LBUs.
• Act as a sounding board on business, talent, governance, and transformation matters.
• Lead strategic initiatives across Group Product and Group Health growth pillars.
• Monitor transformation, growth, product expansion, and capability-building programmes.
• Establish governance, milestones, and accountability for key projects.
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Track outcomes and benefits realization from investments and transformation programmes.
• Synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions and strategic course corrections.
• Develop dashboards, performance reporting, and forecasting frameworks.
