Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Regional Store Design Planner to translate global concepts into actionable guidance for local teams and to maintain brand integrity while optimizing retail space across markets.

You will liaise between central design and local markets, monitor milestones, and conduct site visits. English is required; Cantonese/Mandarin are a plus.

• You have proven experience in Store Design Planning.
• You are detail oriented and agile with retail space maximization.
• You master English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary regional liaison between central function and local market Retail Architecture team.
• Translate Global design concepts into actionable guidance for local project team.
• Facilitate approval processes between local markets and central function, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decisions.
• Review layouts and project proposals to ensure they maintain brand design integrity while meeting local operational efficiency, ergonomics, and commercial needs.
• Provide pragmatic solutions when local market constraints conflict with central function design directives.
• Serve as a consultative resource for local markets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project milestones across regional markets, identifying risks early and advising local teams on mitigation strategies.
• Conduct periodic site visits across the region to audit quality, review construction progress, and ensure adherence to regional standards.

Are you a good match?

You have proven experience in Store Design Planning, strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and agile with retail space maximization. You are highly proficient in CAD software, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. You master English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

Reporting to the APA Regional Senior Store Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Act as the primary regional liaison between central function and local market Retail Architecture team.
• Translate Global design concepts into actionable guidance for local project team.
• Facilitate approval processes between local markets and central function, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decisions.
• Review layouts and project proposals to ensure they maintain brand design integrity while meeting local operational efficiency, ergonomics, and commercial needs.
• Provide pragmatic solutions when local market constraints (e.g., space limitations, local building codes, budget restrictions) conflict with central function design directives.
• Serve as a consultative resource for local markets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project milestones across regional markets, identifying risks early and advising local teams on mitigation strategies.
• Conduct periodic site visits across the region to audit quality, review construction progress, and ensure adherence to regional standards.
