Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead boutique operations and cross-market projects across Asia Pacific, in line with Maison guidelines.

You will drive efficiency, coordinate with HQ, train local teams and champion new tools, ensuring governance and rollout success while coaching teams through change.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in retail operations management at multiple markets or regional levels.
• Strong project management expertise across concept, development, training, launch, rollout and review.
• Attention to detail with operational excellence mindset and knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to coaching teams through change and identifying value-adding improvements.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficient boutique operations and retail operations projects across Asia Pacific, aligned with Maison guidelines and priorities.
• Lead design, launch and implementation of projects to improve APA boutique operations and propose efficiency initiatives.
• Identify and share boutique best practices across markets to strengthen retail operations.
• Represent APA markets by escalating local needs to HQ and coordinate market rollouts.
• Contribute to project design and testing; coach local teams on adoption, change management and new tools.
• Be a key member of the Compliance task force, providing insights to implement or adjust boutique projects.
• Plan and roll out international procedures, train local teams and engage the local operations community.
• Track audit action owners, deadlines and closure with markets and follow up on remediation plans.

Reporting to the APA Regional Retail Performance and Operations Director, you will drive efficient boutique operations and retail operations projects across Asia Pacific, in line with Maison’s guidelines and priorities. In this function, you will:

Regional Operations Management

• Ensure efficient boutique operations aligned with Maison guidelines, supporting markets in mastering boutique tools and services and applying processes and procedures consistent with governance and Maison priorities.
• Lead the design, launch and implementation of projects to improve APA boutique operations, proposing operational efficiency initiatives and APA-specific adaptations to ensure global projects succeed.
• Identify and share boutique best practices across markets to strengthen retail operations.
• Represent APA markets by escalating local needs and specificities to HQ, and act as HQ’s voice in coordinating and ensuring accountability for market rollouts.

Operations Projects Deployment

• Contribute to project design and testing, communicating local needs between markets and HQ. Own global projects for APA, coordinate regional deployment with a midterm perspective, and coach local teams on adoption, implementation, change management and new tools.
• Act as a key member of the Compliance task force, providing insights and recommendations to implement or adjust boutique operations projects.
• Plan and roll out international procedures (Maison Policy), train local retail teams, and engage the local retail operations community through feedback, best-practice sharing, training and regular meetings.
• Track audit action owners, deadlines and closure with markets, follow up on remediation plans, and escalated overdue or recurring issues.
