Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage existing customers in South-east Asia and Japan markets from Hong Kong.

The role focuses on maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. You will plan new market development, travel to meet customers, and contribute to monthly sales reporting while supporting production planning to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and retain existing market and customers.
• Plan and develop new markets and customer base.
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers to understand needs.

• Travel to attend to customers’ needs and enquiries.
