Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive efficient boutique operations across Asia Pacific in line with Maison guidelines and priorities. You will oversee regional projects, coordinate with HQ, and coach markets on adoption of new tools and processes.

Your role focuses on ensuring governance, audit readiness, and operational excellence while guiding teams through change and delivering value for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations management across multiple markets or regional levels.
• Strong project management skills spanning concept, development, training, launch, rollout and review.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance processes; ability to align with governance.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead APA boutique operations aligned with Maison guidelines and priorities.
• Design, launch and implement operations projects to improve efficiency and adapt to APA nuances.
• Identify best practices and coordinate regional rollouts with HQ visibility and accountability.
• Coach local teams on adoption, change management and new tools; ensure audit remediation and compliance.
