Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive boutique operations and regional projects across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate with markets, design and implement efficiency initiatives, and uphold governance aligned with Maison priorities.

You will lead adoption, change management, and coaching of local teams, acting asHQ's voice in market rollouts and ensuring consistent standards across markets in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations management across markets or regions.
• Strong project management, from concept to rollout and review.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance processes; excellent communication and collaboration.
• Ability to coach teams through change and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficient boutique operations aligned with Maison guidelines across Asia Pacific.
• Lead design, launch and implementation of operations projects and improvements.
• Share best practices across markets and coordinate with HQ for rollout.
• Act as a key member of the Compliance task force and oversee training and governance.
