Qualifications

• Strong Excel and numerical skills required.
• Solid experience in retail operations/performance and retail supporting functions.
• Experience driving strategic projects and change management in a regional context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing and rollout of retail operations projects across Asia Pacific.
• Provide system coaching and support to regional Retail Operations teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and KPIs for regional analysis.
• Support data-driven decision making with analyses and presentation materials.
