Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead local and regional office relocation projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating facilities, IT, security, and vendors to minimise disruption during relocation.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) with strong governance, planning, and communication skills is required. This role involves coordinating multi-site teams and managing complex stakeholder groups across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisation.
• Proven leadership of local and regional relocation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Understanding of facilities, IT, security, logistics, and change management.
• Excellent planning, organisation, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Strong governance, documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of local and regional office relocation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate relocation workstreams involving facilities, office fit-out, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, security, access control, furniture, logistics, and employee moves.
• Manage local and regional stakeholders, including business leaders, corporate functions, landlords, building management, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee vendor selection, tendering, commercial negotiations, delivery schedules, and service quality.
• Conduct site assessments and readiness reviews before relocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, delays, and changes, escalating critical matters when necessary.
• Develop communication plans, contingency arrangements, and business continuity measures to minimise operational disruption.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover documentation, defect resolution, and post-relocation support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable local regulations.
• Maintain complete project documentation and conduct post-project review.
