Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited, on behalf of a prominent international banking client in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end office relocation, renovation, and landlord reinstatement projects.

You will develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance for fit-outs and migrations, while coordinating architects, designers, contractors, and landlords to completion and ensuring zero downtime and strict lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• PM certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading office relocation and related projects.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing workplace design, external contractors, and lease negotiations.
• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end office relocation, renovation, and landlord reinstatement projects.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks for office fit-outs and migrations.
• Lead move strategy, relocation logistics, and business continuity planning to ensure zero operational downtime.
• Coordinate external architects, interior designers, contractors, and landlords from design concepts to completion.
• Manage reinstatement of vacated premises in full compliance with lease obligations and landlord inspections.
• Oversee commercial budgets, project forecasts, contract negotiations, and strategic vendor management.
• Enforce workplace health and safety compliance, local building regulations, and risk management standards.
