Blackpanda is seeking a Managing Director for Greater China to own and scale our business across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and the wider market. You will be responsible for revenue targets, local team leadership, and key relationships with clients, partners, and insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running a business in Greater China.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proven enterprise sales leadership and deal slicing.
• Executive-level stakeholder management across CISOs, CIOs and Boards.

Responsabilités

• Own Greater China business and revenue targets across incident response and related offerings.
• Lead and coach a local sales team with clear quotas and territories.
• Maintain executive relationships with senior buyers and partners across the market.
• Drive the A2I proposition and ensure consistent commercial standards and pricing.
