Blackpanda seeks a Managing Director for Greater China to own revenue, strategy and market presence across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and adjacent markets. You will lead a country team across sales, marketing, customer success and incident response, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with regional heads.

The ideal candidate is commercially aggressive and operationally disciplined, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, able to build executive trust, and capable of shaping partnerships,

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years professional experience, including 5+ in leadership roles.

Aufgaben

• Own Greater China business and revenue across incident response service lines, including retainers and on-demand engagements.
• Build, coach and hold accountable a local sales team with clear quotas and territories.
• Own executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, General Counsel and CFOs across the market.
• Drive Blackpanda's A2i proposition in-market and enforce pricing discipline.
