Job summary

Chief Group Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles across business, IT, and compliance domains in Hong Kong. You will drive regulatory license programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets while maintaining quality and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, a solid understanding of license applications and financial products, and strong English communication;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of license application projects and brokerage system operations.
• Knowledge of financial products and client lifecycles.
• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong asset.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closing.
• Ensure technology and business solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and under approved budgets.
• Drive and support regulatory license application projects.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and liaise to ensure consistency and audits.
• Coordinate smoothly between Business, IT, Legal & Compliance, Relationship Managers, and Customer Service teams.
• Provide regular, structured project progress updates to the corporate senior management team.
• Proactively track progress and escalate critical issues with robust mitigation strategies.
