Job summary

Chief Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across business and IT. You will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to close, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and approved budgets, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong English communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of license application projects, brokerage system operations, financial products, and client lifecycles.
• English working proficiency (written and spoken) mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closing.
• Ensure technology and business solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and under approved budgets.
• Drive and support license application projects and maintain meticulous documentation for audits.
• Engage and align expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate between Business, IT, Legal & Compliance, Relationship Managers, and Customer Service teams.
• Proactively track project progress and identify bottlenecks or deployment risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead a diverse, multicultural project team and inspire achievement.
• Provide regular, structured updates to corporate senior management.
