Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in fashion retail or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Regional experience with cross-cultural adaptability.
• Proficiency in data analysis and HR information systems.
• Fluency in English and Chinese required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
