Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an AI Adoption & Transformation Manager in the financial services sector to lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions aligned with business goals. The role requires experience in managing digital projects and driving strategic technology delivery.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering regular progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing digital projects within the financial services industry.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or complex digital solution delivery in financial services and/or Fintech related industries.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, GenAI, etc.), data engineering and cloud platforms (GCP)
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business processes.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
