Michael Page, in partnership with a leading financial services firm across Asia-Pacific, seeks a Head of Data and AI in Hong Kong to shape the AI strategy and lead large-scale transformation.

The role requires translating complex technical concepts into business value, supervising a sizeable data science team, and delivering data-driven improvements in operations and customer experience using ML, NLP, and MLOps platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, AI, or ML.
• Proven leadership of sizeable analytics and AI teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation programmes.
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data science strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead a team of data scientists and AI specialists to deliver impactful projects.
• Implement advanced AI models to optimise operations and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights in decision-making.
• Oversee collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets.
