ST Partnership Limited is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller to lead the group’s financial governance, treasury functions and strategic financing initiatives for a diversified real estate portfolio across the region.

The role requires 12–15 years of senior finance leadership, a CPA, and deep experience in mega-scale real estate financing, with fluency in English and Chinese. You will manage bank relationships, cash forecasting, reporting, and compliance to HKFRS/IFRS and listing rules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• CPA designation is mandatory.
• 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in real estate or conglomerates.
• Experience in mega-scale real estate financing (syndicated/bridge/green loans).
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

• Formulate, structure and execute multi‑billion financing transactions.
• Manage end-to-end financing lifecycle: bank pitching, term sheets, funding plans, documentation.
• Maintain relations with local and international banks to secure terms.
• Develop rolling liquidity models tailored to property cycles.
• Monitor covenants and refinance strategies; lead amendments.
• Oversee treasury systems, cash optimization and security controls.
• Oversee accounting, consolidations and reporting under HKFRS/IFRS.
• Review JV structures, M&A inputs and asset valuations.
• Coordinate external audits and tax compliance.
