Job summary

The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking an Accountant to support regional finance operations from Hong Kong. You will manage accounts payable, assist with monthly reporting, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives in a multinational setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Power BI and Quickbase, and strong numerical/analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience in multinational organizations.
• Solid Accounts Payable and general accounting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Exposure to system implementation, UAT, workflow enhancement, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Quickbase, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing support.
• Ensure timely and accurate AP operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors across different markets.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• Support finance process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Participate in finance system enhancement, implementation, testing, and user acceptance projects.
• Assist in developing and enhancing reporting dashboards using Power BI, Quickbase, and other finance tools.
• Collaborate with regional teams on data validation, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
