Job summary

ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong seeks a finance professional to support regional AP operations and drive process improvements. You will engage with cross-border stakeholders, assist in monthly closures, and contribute to finance system enhancements using Power BI and Quickbase.

The role offers hands-on experience with reporting tools and exposure to regional markets within a multinational environment. Strong analytical and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within multinational organizations.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and general accounting functions.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Exposure to system implementation, UAT, workflow enhancement, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing support.
• Ensure timely and accurate AP operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors across different markets.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• Support finance process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Participate in finance system enhancement, implementation, testing, and user acceptance projects.
• Assist in developing and enhancing reporting dashboards using Power BI, Quickbase, and other finance tools.
• Collaborate with regional teams on data validation, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
