Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking an Accountant to support regional accounting operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. The role focuses on accounts payable processing, month-end close, and reporting enhancements using Power BI and AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting/Finance and has 3+ years of multinational experience, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to accounts payable.
• Experience in multinational corporations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Quickbase, reporting tools, or process automation initiatives is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and expense reimbursement review.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment-related matters.
• Prepare accounting schedules, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Support regional accounting operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Quickbase, and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility.
• Assist in ad hoc finance projects, system implementations, and automation initiatives.
