Job summary

The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to support management reporting, financial data analysis, and period‑end processes. This role focuses on Excel‑driven reporting and collaboration between finance users and system project teams.

You will deliver recurring management packs, assist with month‑end close, and participate in finance projects including IFRS 17 tracking, data validation, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years in finance reporting, analysis, or project/UAT support.
• Accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent) preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS 17 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finance reporting, including recurring management packs and data analysis.
• Support finance project tasks: requirement follow‑up, user testing, issue logs, and upgrades.
• Assist with month‑end activities: data validation, allocation checks, posting support.
• Clean and structure large datasets for testing and management analysis.
• Use Excel and analytics tools (Power BI or similar) to improve reporting quality and reduce manual work.
• Support process improvement and reporting automation where needed.
• Provide IFRS 17 tracking data checks, movement analysis, and reconciliation items.
