Job summary

The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the accounting for its Hong Kong entities, ensuring records are accurate, complete and up to date.

You will manage day-to-day finance operations including AP, payroll-related accounting, payments and general ledger activities, and lead month-end and year-end closing with inter-company reconciliations. English and Chinese communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years' accounting/finance experience in regulated financial services or similar.
• Hands-on experience managing full set of HK accounts.
• Strong month-end/year-end closing, reporting and inter-company experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full set of accounts for HK entities and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations: AP, payroll-related accounting, GL and employee reimbursements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close including accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for Group Finance.
• Establish and monitor internal controls, manage cash flow and inter-company reconciliations.
