Keyrus seeks a Senior Data Developer/Engineer to join our Data & AI team in delivering data solutions for a leading luxury/retail client. You will combine hands-on data engineering with Power BI expertise to build scalable pipelines and robust analytics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data development or BI, strong SQL, Databricks or Fabric experience, and deep Power BI know-how (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data development or BI.
• Hands-on with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL for large data pipelines.
• Power BI expertise: DAX, Power Query, data modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimise data pipelines and ETL/ELT using Databricks and/or Fabric.
• Build data transformation processes, models, and integrations.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for large datasets.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting for quality and performance.
• Collaborate with tech and business stakeholders to translate data needs.

Role Overview

Keyrus is looking for a technically strong Senior Data Developer/Engineer to join our Data & AI team, supporting data solution delivery for a leading client in the luxury and retail industry.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on data engineering and development capabilities with strong Power BI expertise, building scalable data pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and delivering reliable data solutions for business reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and maintain data transformation processes, data models, and data integration solutions.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries to process and manage large datasets efficiently.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data models.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline and reporting issues, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data development, data engineering, or business intelligence development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid SQL skills and practical experience developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Strong Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently on technical deliverables.
• Experience in luxury, retail, or consumer‑facing industries is an advantage.
