Job summary

Our client, a global luxury brand, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to own APAC data initiatives. You will design dashboards, translate business needs into insights, and present data-driven stories to regional leadership within the Microsoft data ecosystem.

The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in visual analytics. Prior luxury or FMCG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, CS, Business, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and BI development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.
• Experience with retail, FMCG, or luxury sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for the APAC region.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into insights.
• Act as a data storyteller, delivering presentations to regional leadership and business units.
• Operate autonomously within the Microsoft data ecosystem to ensure data accuracy and efficient reporting.
• Analyze large-scale retail and operational data to identify trends and drive strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement in data visualization and Power BI features.
