Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship/part-time or recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, client service, or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment coordination for volume-based hires, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow‑up.
• Manage candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment documentation in ATS or spreadsheets.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and job platforms; assess basic suitability and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, onboarding, and candidate experience touchpoints.
• Support recruitment campaigns for corporate clients across sectors such as retail, customer service, sales, operations, insurance, and technology.
• Assist with job postings, CV formatting, reporting, and data updates.
• Support government tendering, contractor and recruitment administration tasks as required.
• Maintain attendance and leave records accurately and payroll data for payroll preparation.
• Work with consultants and clients to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback.
