Qualifications

• Architected and shipped a real-time data platform from scratch.
• Production-level Java or Go with deep internals.
• Experience with Akka/Pekko, Reactor/RxJava, or Redis Streams.
• Web3 and on-chain data middleware across EVM and Solana.
• Experience incorporating AI coding agents into development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the backend for Gate's Web3 market data system—from ingestion to distribution.
• Design and ship a low-latency, high-throughput compute layer with strong stability.
• Build real-time data push services (WebSocket, gRPC) for multiple consumers.
• Lead on-chain data platform design: node integration, parsing, and storage.
• Abstract multi-chain data models and create a reusable parsing framework.
• Instrument the platform with real-time monitoring and alerting.
