Job summary

Gate is seeking a senior Web3 Product Leader to own the strategy and lifecycle of core Web3 products, from architecture through launch and verification.

You will translate on-chain signals into product decisions in a fast-moving environment that rewards independent judgment and strategic clarity. Collaboration across teams will be essential to deliver measurable impact and scalable offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the full product lifecycle of a Web3 product from architecture to post-launch iteration.
• Deep understanding of on-chain assets, trading mechanics, and protocol design.
• Ability to drive cross-functional projects to delivery with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and full lifecycle of core Web3 products — define architecture, shape modules, and own launch and iteration.
• Identify high-value on-chain and off-chain scenarios; translate protocol mechanics into buildable product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery: align engineering, business, and operations; drive execution from design to launch.
• Track industry trends and form independent directional views to guide strategic decisions.
