Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hong Kong seeks a Project Coordinator to support multi-disciplinary teams on commercial real estate developments.

You will help prepare schedules, manage procurement, liaise with designers and contractors, and ensure timely handover to facilities management. This role requires a degree in a related field and at least 4 years' experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management in commercial real estate.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration including schedules, RFIs, and change requests.
• Coordinate between designers, tendering teams and site contractors to avoid delays.
• Develop design packages with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to align objectives.
• Ensure designs are compliant, cost-effective and maintainable after handover to FM teams.
• Prepare tender documents and analyze bids for vendor selection.
• Maintain project files in JLL systems for clarity and compliance.
• Oversee project planning from tendering to completion and supervise site works.
• Facilitate handover, defect rectifications, and final certifications.
