Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced operations professional to support the Hong Kong and ANZ cluster head. You will help manage real estate operations, leasing processes, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize space and occupancy management.

The role involves coordinating with finance, design, risk and real estate teams, maintaining up-to-date policies and audit-ready records, and driving efficiency in workplace services for LOBs within the cluster.

Qualifications

• University graduate with knowledge in Real Estate, Architecture, or Property Management.
• Strong customer focus and service delivery.
• Able to think laterally and creatively in problem solving.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong financial understanding and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Cluster Head on inquiries and operational matters.
• Lead regional and global initiatives and roll outs.
• Coordinate with internal groups to ensure reports and matrices are updated on time.
• Manage payments, occupancy records and lease-related processes for compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support risk management.
