Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a senior facilities and engineering professional to provide technical and contractual quality assurance for a investment banking client’s corporate offices and COLO DC in Hong Kong. You will oversee on-site technicians, operations staff and vendors while ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.

You will support the regional engineering team, manage contracts, drive improvements, and ensure safe, reliable operations with strong stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Management.
• Background in managing complex building systems and critical infrastructure.
• REW B0 certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues promptly to enhance occupant experience and maintain service continuity.
• Escalate complex technical challenges through appropriate channels when required.
• Deliver exceptional service standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve technical service delivery across the workplace.
• Serve as a trusted partner in delivering GRE requirements aligned with client operations and engineering codes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Proactively manage technicians and engineers to ensure optimal team performance.
• Implement and manage change control processes effectively.
• Understand the site requirements and ensure current contracts provide needed supplies and services.
