New World Group is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional in Hong Kong to support acquisition, disposal, capex planning and performance optimisation across a diverse property portfolio. The role emphasizes analytical capability, proactive asset management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive value.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Real Estate or related field with 6+ years in capital markets or property management, and is proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in capital markets, asset management, corporate real estate, or property consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support real estate acquisition and disposal activities and related works.
• Source, identify, evaluate, and progress acquisition and disposal opportunities.
• Plan and implement asset management strategies, capital expenditure programmes, and asset performance improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Drive cash flow management and optimisation through the enhancement of operational performance and asset structure.
• Conduct periodic assessments of asset performance and competitive positioning, and identify opportunities to maximise value and improve performance.
• Support the execution of asset management projects and initiatives in line with departmental objectives and portfolio strategies.
• Monitor, coordinate, and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, service providers, consultants, and professional specialists to ensure service quality, project delivery, and compliance with relevant requirements.
