CPJobs International seeks a senior engineering leader to head the Technical and Engineering Services team, delivering expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle. You will drive strategies to comply with ISO 55001 and optimise asset performance, while leading investigations into major incidents and guiding renewal and replacement programmes.

The role also covers new technologies and smart maintenance solutions for railway development and bidding activities, with

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects.
6 years' experience in a managerial role.
Corporate membership of a recognised professional institution in Engineering.

Responsabilités

Lead the Technical and Engineering Services team to deliver expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle, including asset introduction, maintenance, renewal and replacement.
Drive asset management strategies and frameworks to ensure compliance with ISO 55001 and optimise asset performance.
Lead investigations into major engineering incidents and implement improvement initiatives to enhance railway safety and operational performance.
Oversee the planning and delivery of major asset renewal and long-term asset replacement programmes including non-fare revenue projects.
Manage new technologies and smart maintenance solutions for railway line development and bidding activities.
