Job summary

CPJobs International seeks a senior engineering leader to head the Technical and Engineering Services team, delivering expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects.
• 6 years' experience in a managerial role.
• Corporate membership of a recognised professional institution in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical and Engineering Services team to deliver expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle, including asset introduction, maintenance, renewal and replacement.
• Drive asset management strategies and frameworks to ensure compliance with ISO 55001 and optimise asset performance.

• Oversee the planning and delivery of major asset renewal and long-term asset replacement programmes including non-fare revenue projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, of which 6 years should be at managerial level
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised poffessional institution in Engineering

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable terms
• Required to be stationed in Beijing, China
