Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 in Beijing is seeking a senior leader to manage Technical and Engineering Services, delivering asset management support across the railway lifecycle—from introduction to renewal and replacement.

You will drive ISO 55001-aligned asset strategies, lead investigations into major incidents, oversee long-term renewal programmes, and guide implementation of smart maintenance and new technologies for railway development and bidding activities.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects; at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution in Engineering.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, of which 6 years should be at managerial level
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised poffessional institution in Engineering
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable terms
• Required to be stationed in Beijing, China
