Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to lead site work for railway-related projects in Hong Kong. You will act as the main interface with the Project Manager and Safety, overseeing refurbishment efforts and coordinating with technicians and contractors to ensure timely, safe delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance, preferably in railway or related industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a valid HK driving license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma in E&M Engineering or related discipline, or apprentice training in E&M.
• At least 5 years of practical maintenance experience, preferably in railway/rolling stock/automotive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead site work as CPT on assigned project, coordinating with Project Manager and Safety.
• Supervise Field Services technicians and contractors for refurbishment works (electrical and/or mechanical).
• Ensure project readiness, safety, and quality; maintain documentation and report progress.
