Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant QS working experience required.
• Experience in E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design & Build projects is advantageous.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Perform cost estimation, cost control, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reporting on project status.
