Job summary

Recruit in Tai Po District, Hong Kong, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage main contracts and subcontracts, oversee interim payments and final accounts, and ensure accurate cost control across projects.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in quantity surveying, holds an associate degree or higher diploma in QS, and can prepare tender pricing while coordinating procurement and subcontractor payments. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Administration of main contract and subcontracts.
• Interim payments preparation and measurement works.
• Settlement of final account of main contracts and subcontracts.
• Valuation of Compensation Event and Site Instruction for subcontracts.
• Project cost estimation, cost control and budget management.
• Prepare pricing documents for tender submissions of potential projects.
• Material procurement and subcontractor payments.
