MAX CHINA ENGINEERING LIMITED 豐華工程有限公司 in Hong Kong is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee main contracts and subcontracts, prepare interim payments and measurements, and settle final accounts. The role requires 5+ years of quantity surveying experience and strong cost-control abilities.

You will handle tender pricing, material procurement, subcontractor payments, and site instructions; NEC experience is a plus.

Formación

• Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field
• HKIS Corporate Membership or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
• Experience in NEC Contract would be an advantage
• Applicants with less qualification and/or experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsabilidades

Job Highlights

• Valuation of Compensation Event and Site Instruction for subcontracts
• Project cost estimation, cost control and budget management
• Prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects

• Subletting and prepare subcontractor's payment

Qualification

• Holder of a Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Holder of HKIS Quantity Surveying Division Corporate Membership or an equivalent qualification
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hard working
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
• Experience in NEC Contract would be an advantage
• Applicants with less qualification and/or experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
