Job summary

Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) in Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our buildings and infrastructure projects. You will review tender documents, assist in cost estimation, and support the bidding process.

Responsibilities cover preparing IPA, subcontractor payments, and handling contractual matters including guarantees, insurance, and claims. Fresh graduates to 6 years are considered for appropriate level. Fluency in English and Chinese is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Membership in RICS / HKIS preferred but not mandatory.
• Good command of English and Chinese; basic to intermediate technical skills.

Job Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience for QS; Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience for AQS.

• Basic to intermediate technical skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Familiar with MS office and programming software.
