Job summary

Lanon Development Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong. The candidate will prepare cost estimates, manage payments and variations, and support final accounts for main contracts.

Strong English and Chinese writing skills are required, with NEC experience considered advantageous. The role requires at least 5 years of QS experience in a main contracting environment, and the ability to handle subcontractor payments, budgeting, and reporting as part of a

• Bachelor degree or higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in QS within a main contractor.
• NEC contract experience is an advantage.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, extensions of time, certifying payments and variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist dispute resolution matters as required.
• Handle sub-contractors' payments and main-contractor's payments and variations.
• Maintain document control, system entry and reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Prepare subletting and tender budgets and reports.

• Preparing cost estimation, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;
• Assist dispute resolution matters;
• Handle sub-contractors' payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders;
• Document control, system entry, reporting;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Preparing subletting and tender budget and report.

Qualifications / Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience:
