Job summary

China State Construction Hailong Technology Company Limited is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong. You will assist in tendering, cost estimation, cost control and valuation for projects, and help manage subcontracting, contract claims and final accounts to ensure timely, accurate financial outcomes.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assist in the quantity surveying process for the project, including tendering, cost estimation, cost control, subcontract management, valuation, contract claims and final account settlement.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
