Job summary

Wing Ho Yuen Landscaping Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support design, procurement and cost control for soft landscaping projects.

Candidate should have a Certificate/Higher Diploma in QS or related field, at least 2 years' experience, and fluency in English and Chinese; immediate availability preferred. 5.5 day week. On-site work involved with liaising with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in quantity surveying.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 5.5 day work per week.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Wing Ho Yuen Landscaping Company Limited ("Wing Ho Yuen") was established in 1982 and with a key focus on soft landscaping works in Hong Kong. Wing Ho Yuen's core business includes design, construction and maintenance of soft landscaping works for public and private sectors. Over the years, the company has designed and constructed numerous Chinese, Japanese and Western private and public gardens. Wing Ho Yuen has a well-developed and long-standing customer base and supplier network in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan and Europe.

Requirements

• Certificate/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience in quantity surveying
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• 5.5 day work per week
• Less experience or qualification may consider to be Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediate available is highly preferred
