Job summary

A & W Food Service Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to support R&D, QC and QA activities in HK. The role involves daily GMP inspections, sampling of raw materials and finished products, and conducting tests on food products to ensure quality standards.

You will assist in implementing and monitoring HACCP, ISO 22000 and other safety systems, with opportunities for growth in a market leader of fruit juice and beverage products in HK and Macau.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Food Science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 is advantageous.
• Proficiency in PC skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily GMP inspections in production area.
• Collect routine samples of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform tests on food products.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HACCP, ISO 22000, and other safety systems.
