Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance leader to manage the QA function for property management operations. You will own ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, conduct audits, and drive continual improvement across sites.

The role requires a degree in a related field and at least 5 years of quality management experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Procurement, or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in quality management / procurement process implementation and reinforcement, with 2 years in managerial level
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Strong team spirit, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for property management operations in Hong Kong.
• Own the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and perform audit functions.
• Maintain supplier/contractor database.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to perform QA functions for sites’ operational needs.
• Lead and oversee the Administration team supporting the Group’s policy and daily business activities.
• Support implementation of quality, environmental, and health & safety initiatives across the region.
• Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for property management operations in Hong Kong.
• Own the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), perform audit functions to facilitate mandatory requirements.
• Maintain supplier/contractor database.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to perform QA functions for sites’ operational needs.
• Lead and oversee the Administration team supporting the Group’s relevant policy and daily business activities.
• Support implementation of quality, environmental, and health & safety initiatives across the region.
• Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:
